The state of the park can affect the value of your property. We need your support and you need to have some say in the way the park is maintained and run. To join, you purchase a share certificate for £1, and then there is an annual membership fee of £100. Membership is voluntary and there is no obligation to maintain your membership. Full membership is restricted to owners of property in Burwood Park who support the aims of the BPRL, and is limited to one share certificate per household, and hence have one vote per household at the AGM or any ballot.
If you are a tenant and support the aims of the BPRL, you can become an associate member. You do not purchase a share certificate nor are you able to vote at the AGM, although your ideas will be valued. This special annual membership fee is £50. The membership secretary will visit you to arrange the payment method and give you the welcome pack.
